Included in the registration fee are participants' participation in the coffee break and a buffet lunch and admission to the welcome reception on Sunday 11 May (1 hour and 20 minutes drinks and snacks – no dinner).

There is no social programme included in the registration fees.

The social evening event will take place on Monday 12 May and is only accessible with a ticket that can be bought by participants for 121 euros per person.This is not included in the registration fee.

Hotel accommodation must be arranged and paid for by the participants themselves. This is not included in the registration fee. Our registration page with registration fees clearly states that social event ticket and accommodation are not included in the registration fee.
